Today, Valeria Memmola, Miss Europe Continental Italy, tells her story through a special interview with our readers.
“Good morning everyone,
My name is Valeria Memmola, I am 24 years old and I live in Turin.
I graduated as a surveyor and I am currently a university student in Educational Sciences.
I love helping others and for this reason I am first and foremost an entrepreneur in Social Commerce (Marketing online) as well as a presenter and organizer of various events at a national level.
My passion for fashion began in 2017 with the first fashion shows, shootings, important events with well-known stylists in Piedmont, Lombardy, Puglia and Liguria where I had the opportunity to model during the Sanremo fashion week of the very famous Sanremo festival.
Subsequently, the opportunity of TV came along where I had the opportunity to appear in various Netflix, Mediaset and other very important television series.
Thanks to the continuous support and teachings of my family, I have always wanted that “something more” to make my dreams come true without ever giving up and today I can say that from being an extra, special figure and stuntman I have come to be chosen as the protagonist of a feature film.
Participating in Miss Europe Continental means achieving another important goal, that of representing the whole of Italy in an international competition. Regardless of the final outcome, I know that it will help me overcome further personal challenges and will continue to motivate me in what I do in my daily life.
Nowadays, the external appearance is very important and at the same time overvalued because among the most beautiful characteristics of a person, the “internal” ones will always remain in first place… those that only beauty can never give you, such as education, respect and kindness of soul.
Three simple nouns of absolute importance that I feel belong to me.
The wish and the message that I want to spread is to never stop dreaming because only in this way can you make your dreams come true and reach your goals.
I was recently asked what I would have changed about my past if I went back and I replied: “I wouldn’t change anything about my past because for better or for worse, every positive or negative event has led me to be Who I am now and Where I am now”. Always push yourself to improve and make your life a masterpiece.
I thank you and wish all the best to everyone.
Valeria Memmola”
