Today, in the company of our Miss Latvia, Evelina, who tells her story for the users of Miss Europe Continental. I ask her a few questions to get to know her better:
Hello Evelina, what do you expect from this experience at the Miss Europe Continental competition?
“For me, participation in the Miss Europe Continental contest is not only an opportunity to prove myself, but also a unique experience of personal growth. I expect to meet new bright and talented people, get inspired by the exchange of cultures and traditions, and also a chance to reveal my strengths and show that beauty is not only about appearance, but also about inner strength, confidence and the desire for self-realization. It is important for me to enjoy every moment of this journey and leave a bright mark in my life and, perhaps, in the hearts of others!”
How are you prepared for this important event?
“Preparing for such an important event as Miss Europe Continental for me is not only working on my appearance, but also deep internal work. I pay attention to physical training, improve my skills in the fashion show, since I have never walked in heels and do it poorly, this helps me improve my skills even in this. I also work on my speech and charisma. In addition, I try to maintain harmony within myself, because the look, goodwill and sincerity are the components of true beauty. For me, preparation is the path to the best version of myself, and I enjoy every stage of this process.”
How does it feel to be chosen among so many girls to represent your country?
“Being chosen to represent my country is a great honor and at the same time a great responsibility. For me, this is not just an opportunity, but a privilege to show the world the beauty, culture and spirit of my homeland. It inspires me to work even harder to justify the trust and be worthy of this title. I am proud to represent my country on such a prestigious stage and to be a part of something bigger than myself. It reminds me that dreams come true if you do not only believe in yourself “because you can sit on the couch and believe” but go towards your goal with perseverance and love.”
How would you describe yourself in three adjectives?
“I would describe myself as creative, sincere and kind. Creativity – helps to see an idea and a creative note even in boring things, sincerity – to remain true to yourself and open to the world, kindness – I never wish evil on people and never envy with black envy.”
