My name is Marina Mykhailova. I am 32 years old. I was born in the city of Odessa, Ukraine. Now I live in the beautiful Principality of Andorra, and I am honored to represent it in the contest.
– From your Instagram profile, I notice that you travel a lot and have visited numerous countries recently. Do you do it for pleasure or work? Is there a place that has remained in your heart?
I am a world traveler. So far, I have visited 48 countries. Traveling, for me, is one of the ways to learn about myself, the world, and different cultures and religions. I try to show the world through my eyes via my Instagram blog. My favorite locations are Italy, Bali, Rio de Janeiro, and Hawaii. I’m very excited to visit Japan soon.
-How important do you think it is to feel good about yourself and feel satisfied?
Feeling good about yourself is incredibly important. For me, the greatest joy comes from being confident in who I am and knowing my goals. It took time to achieve this sense of self. My mother always reminded me, “Being beautiful is not enough.” This inspired me to earn a master’s degree in international relations and learn five languages. I also enjoy sports, reading, and always strive to be kind. This balance in life brings me happiness.
– Class and elegance are two adjectives that certainly belong to you. Is there a woman who inspires you?
Thank you! I admire women who possess not only beauty but also intelligence, kindness, and wisdom. One of the women who inspires me and whom I truly admire is Princess Diana. For me, she is an example of a mother, wife, style icon, and boundless courage, strength, and feminine energy.
– If you could make one wish come true, what would it be?
If I could make one wish come true, it would be for my family to always be healthy and happy. Family is the most important thing in life for me. As long as they are by my side, I can achieve any goal and make any dream come true.
– Why did you decide to participate in Miss Europe Continental?
Miss Europe Continental is not my first or even second beauty pageant, so I understand what to expect. It will be an interesting experience, surrounded by beautiful girls and a team of professionals. I hope to make friends, have unforgettable emotions and experiences, and create memories that will stay with me forever.
