The fifth edition of Miss Europe Continental took place at the Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples, in the Mediterraneo Theatre, on 25 November 2017: Natalia Varchenko from Ukraine was crowned. The show was presented by Veronica Maya and Marco Senise. In the jury, Sara Miquel, Mariana Rodriguez, Maria Monsé, Marco Moraci.
