The fourth edition of Miss Europe Continental took place on November 19, 2016 at the Menotti theater in Spoleto: Anna Semenkova from Russia was crowned. The show was presented by Veronica Maya and Marco Senise. On the jury Camilla Ferranti, Maria Monsè, Hamarz Vasfi and Antonio Zequila.
