Hello everyone my name is Angelina Markovic, I’m 19 years old, and I proudly represent Luxembourg, where I was born and raised. I’m currently in my final year of high school here, and next year I plan to study abroad in Europe to pursue my academic journey.
– What do you like to do in your free time? What are your passions or hobbies?
I’m passionate about sports – tennis and dancing especially – and I love going on long walks. In my free time, I enjoy being around my friends and family, creating videos, taking pictures, and staying active on social media. It’s my way of expressing creativity and keeping memories alive.
– Is there someone who inspires your vision of beauty, success, and life?
My biggest inspiration in life is my father. He came from Serbia and built a life for our family in Luxembourg from scratch. Today, he runs his own construction business and does everything to give me and my siblings a good life – he truly embodies success, determination, and strength.
When it comes to beauty and the modeling world, I’ve always looked up to Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Ariana Grande, and Hailey Bieber – not just for their looks, but for the way they’ve built their brands and careers in the social media and fashion industry. I also deeply admire real runway icons like Adriana Lima, Gigi Hadid, and Bella Hadid – their elegance, presence, and professionalism are truly inspiring to me.
– A significant moment in your life?
A moment I’ll never forget is becoming 2nd Dauphine of Miss Tourisme Luxembourg. It was my very first pageant, and the experience – especially the finale – was truly magical. I felt honored and proud to be one of the three girls selected to represent our country.
– How do you feel about representing Luxembourg at Miss Europe Continental?
It’s a mix of excitement and a little nervousness! This is an international stage, so I’m looking forward to meeting inspiring women from all over Europe and creating unforgettable memories. Representing Luxembourg – a small yet beautiful country that many people don’t know enough about -is something that fills me with pride and motivation.
– How is your relationship with your family and friends during this journey?
I’m lucky to have strong support from the people closest to me. My father immediately encouraged me, and my little brothers look up to me – they see me as a role model, which means the world to me. My friends are incredibly supportive too, and one of them is even participating alongside me, representing Portugal!
– What message would you give to girls dreaming of joining beauty pageants?
Go for it – it’s so worth it! Beauty pageants are about embracing your femininity, your uniqueness, and your power as a woman. It’s an opportunity to showcase your intelligence, confidence, and inner beauty while creating unforgettable experiences that will shape your future.
– What is your dream for the next five years, professionally and personally? Professionally, I want to complete my studies, become financially independent, and land my dream job – while staying involved in the beauty and social media world, which I truly love. My dream is to blend my career with my creative passions. Personally, I hope to build a peaceful and fulfilling life surrounded by genuine friends and family – a life full of love, positivity, and good energy.
